2026 Application Forms
We are absolutely delighted to announce that this amazing event will be returning on Sunday the 8th November 2026. The Awards Gala Dinner and Celebration will be hosted at the incredible Fairmont Windsor Hotel again this year.
Applicationsfor the individual and salon & spa categories are now CLOSED. The Business and Education categories remain OPEN until Thursday the 23rd April. You can access forms for those categories below.
Please ensure that you download and read the Entry Form as well as the How to Enter Form for each category you wish to enter so you are fully aware of all the details and criteria required for each one as they do vary.
You will also need to read and sign the Terms and Conditions (click here to download) of entry and return a copy of this with your entry. All entries must be sent to awards@babtac.com
